Vehicle hire is personalised according to each event and full quotations will be supplied on request.

Ribbon colours of your choice are included in the hire at no extra cost and white & ivory silk flower arrangements are provided. Other arrangements must be agreed one month prior to the wedding and provided by the client one day prior to, or on the morning of the wedding day.

A £50.00 non-refundable deposit is required for bookings on each vehicle and the agreed balance is to be received at least 1 month prior to the date of the wedding.

If there is a cancellation after the full amount has been paid, 50% of the total amount will be reimbursed after confirmation in writing is received no later than 1 month after the planned event.

The booking is accepted by Nightingale Wedding Cars based on the information that has been stated on the booking confirmation form.

We regret that we are unable to accommodate any changes to the planned arrangements on the Day of the Wedding.

We reserve the right to invoice the client/s for repair, replacement or valeting costs arising from damage to any of the vehicles belonging to Nightingale Wedding Cars, including fixtures and fittings caused by the client/s, guests, or any passengers.

The hire vehicle/s is/are strictly no smoking and all occupants must abide by the law and wear their seatbelt correctly on all journeys provided by Nightingale Wedding Cars.

In the very unlikely event that Nightingale Wedding Cars are not able to complete the planned booking due to reasons beyond our control, we will endeavour to provide an alternative vehicle or provide a full booking refund for the vehicle chosen.

Nightingale Wedding Cars will endeavour to meet set deadlines but cannot accept responsibility for any delays caused that are outside of our control.

Every care is taken to provide a safe and secure journey, but no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to personal effects or luggage.
